Continuing Education Compliance
CPCA’s educational events support compliance with AB 241 and AB 1195, part of California Business & Professions Code 2190.1. Please review the legislation to understand its purpose and intent.
Cancellation Policy
- No refunds for cancellations within 10 business days of the event
- Cancellations before that deadline may receive a 50% refund if submitted in writing to training@cpca.org
- Substitutions are encouraged in place of cancellation
Payment Policy
The “Pay Later” option is no longer available. Payment is required at registration for all fee-based events.
